Coriander is an aromatic herb which belongs to Apiaceae  plant family.it is commoly use for flavoring dishes.



It comes from the Coriandrum sativum plant and is related to parsley, carrots, and celery.all parts like,leaves , stems,seeds of coriander are useful. coriander can be use in cuisines,medicinal products and garnishment.




Coriander is native from Southern Europe, Northern Africa to South Western Asia. coriander plant is delicate plant it is tall about 50 cm.

Coriander seeds have a pleasing lemony flavor and floral aroma. Coriander contains fiber, calcium, magnesium, manganese and iron.
