Vegetable rice Flakes dish is very good option in weight loss process.it can full your tummy for longer period.it contains lots of nutritions.




Ingredients


Rice Flakes - 3 cup


Chopped Cucumber - 1/2 cup


Chopped Carrots - 1/2 cup


Grated Ginger - 1 teaspoon


Chopped Coriander 1/2 cup


Chopped Capcicum - 1/2 cup


Lemon juice - as per taste


Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon


Chopped Green chilli - as per taste.


Recipe


1) First rinse rice flakes in a sieve under running cold water and soaked for 2-3 minutes.transfer this soaked rice flakes in the bowl.


2) now add chopped carrots,capcicum, Cucumber,ginger, black pepper powder in the bowl.


3) at the last mix coriander, green chillies and lemon juice. vegetable rice Flaxs is completely Nutritional with yummy taste.


4) lemon juice and Black pepper powder raises it's flavor.you can add rock salt to enhance more flavor.
