Introduction
Cloves are aromatic flower buds belongs to Myretacea Syzygium aromaticum family. Clove is evergreen herbal tropical plant.it's small reddish brown buds with dried texture , unopened and nail-shaped are used in spices and medical reasons.cloves has strong aroma and taste is pungent.Cloves are native to the Maluku islands of Indonesia, though are currently produced and exported by Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India and Madagascar.The name “clove” derives from the Latin word for nail, clavus (because of its shape).

Cloves tree are grows up to 8 to 12 metres in height.it has gland dotted leaves which are small in size and simple.clove tree take 20 years to grow completely. flowers produces after 6 years growing of tree.cloves are 0.5-0.75 inches long and consist of stems with four unopened petals which form a small ball in the center.
