Energetic soup for weight loss



 Spinach-Beetroot-Carrot Soup





Weight Loss 


Nowadays weight loss is being a trend to look fit and fine.but weight loss means not losing weight only.you should care about other body nutrients while weight loss.

Here is a recipe that will helps to keep you energetic in Weight loss process.


 Soup


This soup is very healthy.easy to cook and delicious too.it tastes sweet and salty.it's favorite soup from kids to adults.this soups powerhouse of Iron, calcium, Antioxidants, Magnesium, Proteins, Calories and Fibers. cholesterol and fats are very low.


Ingredients


Spinach leaves - 1 cup finely chopped

Beetroot- 1/2 cup finely chopped

Carrot- 1/2 cup finely chopped

Black pepper- 1/4 teaspoon or as per your taste

Black Salt- As per taste


For tempering


Low fat butter 1/2 table spoon

Cumin seeds- 1/4 teaspoon


Recipe


1) First take a pan or pressure cooker.


2) pour 2 cup water in a pan or cooker.


3) now add finely chopped Beetroot and carrot.when they cooked 75%, add finely chopped Spinach leaves.if you add Spinach in with Beetroot and Carrots,it may lose its all nutritions. because Spinach leaves are so tender.


4) when it cooked completely,cool down it.when mixture get Cool down,it gets thicker.


5) Now strain the soup.keep strained water aside in the bowl.


6) Blend the soup extract in blender or mixture jar.


7) Transfer blended soup extract in strained water bowl.


8) take a pan for tempering soup.in a pan heat low fat butter.when it melts completely add Cumin seeds.


9) now add soup in pan.mix it very well.when it boil,add black salt and pepper powder.


10) off the gas and transfer the soup into the bowl.


11)  garnish with coriander or parleys leaves and serve hot soup immediately.


12) enjoy this type of in winter season specially.


(For more flavor you can add onion and garlic while tempering.)
