Chia Seeds- this seeds are rich source of calcium and iron.chia seeds contains good amount of fibers.chia seeds are good heart health.controls blood sugar. Chia seeds. Contains protein in good amount.
Cinnamon- Cinnamon can reduce bad cholesterol. cinnamon is useful for cough and cold conditions. cinnamon is high in dietary fibers,iron, Vitamin C,vitamin B6, magnesium, Calcium, Riboflavin, Thiamine.
Honey- honey can burn extra fats of a body.honey contains B vitamins, Calcium,Zinc, copper,iron,carbs,sugar.
Fruits- Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana
Milk- Coconut/Almonds/Soya
Procedure
1) take a glass jar,add 1 cup rolled oats into the jar.
2) add 1 tablespoon chia seeds into rolled oats.
3) add pinch of cinnamon powder into this mixture.
4) Add Almond/Soya/Coconut milk
5) Add 1 tablespoon honey.
6) stir well the mixture.cover the jar with lid.place it into refrigerator or soaked it 4-6 hour before eating.
7) after soaking, uncover the jar.mix the mixture well.
8) while serving add 1 tablespoon slice banana,1 tablespoon sliced Apple,1 tablespoon chopped strawberries,1 tablespoon blueberries.
9) Garnish with strawberries slices.serve it.
