Rice water

1) Soaking rice water - take 1 tablespoon rice.wash it under running water to remove impurities from rice.now soak this washed rice in 1 cup water at least for 30 minutes.strain the rice water and store it into the tight-lid spray bottle.you can refrigerate this water up to 3-4 days.
2) Fermented rice water - Take 1 tablespoon of rice.wash it under the running water to remove impurities from rice.now take a small glass bowl.fill the small glass bowl with water and place washed rice into the small glass bowl.soak this rice with water for two days.after two days ,strain the rice and store the water into small spray bottle. refrigerate this water.you can use this Fermented rice water for 3-4 days.
3) Boiled rice water - take 2 tablespoon rice. Wash it under the running water.now cook this rice like you usually would for eating purpose.strain the starchy water and transfer to a glass bottle with the lid.before storing the rice water into the glass bottle,cool down boiled Rice water.you can refrigerate this Boiled rice water for 3-4 days.
How to use Rice water for skin.
1) Soaked and Boiled rice water - Soaked or Boiled rice water can be apply directly use on your face using spray bottle.keep it for 30 minutes and wash it with warm water.you can use cotton balls to apply rice water on your face.
2) Fermented rice water - Fermented rice water is more effective and beneficial.when you use fermented rice water,dilute it with normal water. because Fermented rice water is more potent.apply fermented rice water on face using cotton balls.leave it for 30 minutes and wash with normal water.
