1) Yoga is just not a exercise, it's more than that. So before start yoga, you should find out the best Yoga instructor who can teach you yoga with complete guidance.


2) learn some poses or asanas ahead of the time. Because some poses might different and difficult to learn easily. If you try to practice it before time, you may not loose other lessons of yoga in your class.


3)  comfortable clothing is a very important factor for Yoga. If you wear tight or uncomfortable clothes for you, it will be annoying for you to do yoga. Always choose breathable materials with moisture-wicking features. For cooler weather, you may want to choose thermal athletic material to stay warm.


4) Yoga mat matters for best yoga poses. Always choose clean and non-slip yoga mat for better results. Non-slipping yoga mats can provide padding for your joints.


5) Yoga is the best option to reduce physical and mental stress. It provides lots of positive energy. Positive energy is must factor for living beautiful life. If you want to live beautiful life, don't think much more. Begin where you are. 


6) At the beginner level, you should avoid comparison with others. This comparison may distract you from your goal. Just try to draw motivation and inspiration from their bodies capabilities.

About an hour before class, you can drink 16 ounce of bottle. Drink another 20 ounces water after you have finished your yoga class.


9) Avoid distraction during yoga. Distraction like smartphone, worries, daily routine stuff etc. Focus on your breath, body and intentions while practicing for yoga.


10) Take healthy diet. Diet is important factor for yoga. Proper diet may help you to get all the benefits of yoga. Try not to eat anything 2-3 hours before class otherwise you feel discomfort in poses.


11) Maintain regular yoga practice.you can easily devote 15-20 minutes for yoga practice daily. This practicing can have a very beneficial impact on your physical, emotional and mental well-being.
