Coconut milk is plant derived dairy free milk. coconut milk can extracted from mature coconut means white flesh inside the coconut.the coconut Palm scientifically known as Coco's nucifera. the opacity and rich taste of coconut milk is due to its high oil content,most of which are saturated fats. coconut milk can be thick or thin.for thick coconut milk, manufacturer grates the matured coconut flesh then squeeze it through cheesecloth yo obtain thick milk. coconut milk is traditionally use in South Asian,Oceania,East Africa.it also uses Caribbean, Latin America West Africa.coconut milk can use as dairy milk substitute.coconut milk can use in sweet dishes,curries,bakery items, soups.

Coconut milk is relatively stable oil-in-water emulsion with proteins that act as emulsifiers and thickening agent.it is opaque and milky white in color and ranges in consistency from watery to creamy. based on fat content, Coconut milk is divided into different subtypes generally simplified into 'coconut cream', Coconut milk, coconut skimmed milk from highest to lowest respectively.
